Last Thursday was PEM PM - Artopia at the Peabody Essex Museum. It was such a great night! I worked with Creative Salem to run a table and do another live art demo.
Instead of creating another skull, I decided to do a special logo piece for Creative Salem.
Of course, the piece is nowhere near being done, but it's going to be awesome when it is! Instead of simply stitching the logo as its usual yellow and purple, I'm going to make it all sorts of funky colors, and really psychadelic looking. Once again, the response was amazing! I even had these two little guys stick around and watch me stitch for a bit!
They were so fascinated! Overall, it was an amazing and fun night, and I can't wait for the next event! I'll be at the Salem Arts Festival with Creative Salem again, and will be working on this piece more for another live demo!
